It was born in 2017 from a complete restoration of the Masseria built by Nonno Giovanni
in the early 1930s, and was one of the first private homes in the Monteponi Village
important hub that united the mines to Iglesias.
Grandfather Giovanni with the help of dynamite used to break the living rock
in addition to the first rooms, he made a well 10 meters deep to always have drinking water in the house, given the serious water shortage that existed in Sardinia at the time.
Today the Pozzo still welcomes customers at the entrance to the residence.
After a careful restoration, the Masseria has become a Residence with 4 accommodations, 3 with kitchens and complete with every comfort for those who want an always magical and still wild part of Sardinia.
